Collaboration for Case Research

Collaboration made easy for academic case research and case group work (This is an excellent tool for collaborating with your clients to share the update of the case and also share resources with other auxiliaries working a case. The private group can be set up for a particular case and individuals added or removed from the group as needed.)

A secure private group is created that places your private correspondence behind an encrypted firewall. Only accredited members have access to this group.

The group can be private or public

You can create a public interest group or a private research workgroup.

Public Interest Group is open to all users. They can join by clicking the join button. For Private workgroup, members are by invitation only, and members can also be removed by the administrator(s) or owner(s).

Each group can be edited by the group administrator or owners

Members Role are configured by the administrator to limit access and reduce risks

Group discussion on a different stream, public or private. The discussion or document sharing is outside the main social portal and depending on the role selected for each member, the operation is managed by the Owner or the administrator.

At the end of each collaboration, the owner or the administrator can delete the private workgroup from the system. (Deletion is permanent)
